If I try do an X pattern I am there forever and a day, so I angle the blade so that the whole thing gets stropped at once, it kinda works.
I only have a starter strop so no linen, I will be getting a proper one soon. But I noticed lits of in nicks in the side of my starter one, and it puzzles me how anyone can nick or cut their stop when the razor is going backward on it.
