He does say see pic in the listing, explicitly telling you that that is what you will be receiving by doing so. You should get 100% of your money back, as he misrepresented the sale. In this situation I don't care that it was an honest mistake. If he chided you about expecting a mappin for $25 that would most deffinitly **** me right off and remove any remorse i might feel about getting my own back. If he had put a picture of either a zeepak or a double duck he would have been no less in the wrong.
Its not being a nice guy when everything is going well that makes one a gentleman and an upright business man it how you deal with the situation when there is a problem that defines you.
