I just bought this razor last week here on SRP. I show before & after pics. I'm quite happy with the results. Although I didn't sand & polish this razor to mirror and did not get all of the staining out, it does look quite better. Understand, my work space is very limited (or at least my space for tools) as we are full-time RV'ers. This doesn't mean that I can't take the time to hand sand
... maybe lazy?
Scales are jatoba. Brass pins & washers.
I really like pinning over the microfasteners.
