Yeah it is a wedge. Like all wedges there is a slight hollow to it. I'll probably hone with tape
. It is 15/16 at the widest, but really it's 7/8 for the most part. Almost a 3.25" cutting edge. From tip to tip (scales and blade) it measures over a whopping 7.5" thanks to the tang lol. Really fits the hand nicely when you hold it to shave since you can use all five fingers to grip it. I asked Robert to make 5 pivot holes so I could choose where to mount it. I ended up using the middle one, but it was a good option for me.
