Finally, the Holy Grail is in My Grasp!
Yes, after years of hone lust, I finally have a Yellow/Green Escher with labels! I photographed it side by side with my Blue/Green Escher "slab" with a very rare half Y/G and half B/G natural slurry stone. The B/G is 8 7/8" X 2" and the Y/G is a respectable 7" X 1.5". I would appreciate your comments and observations. OMG, I'm so happy!!!

Hey Rich, that is really nice, I know you have been looking for a long time. You got a beauty there. Hope it turns out to be a great hone.

Very nice stone for a collector like you. The labels still look good.
Have you honed a razor with it yet? How did the edge compare to say a coticule, BG escher or a nakayama?

Well done! If you would, please take some close ups of the entire label of both stones (individually) and I'll put them up in the Hone Museum. Let me know your exact name so I can cite the source accurately. Beautiful stones.

Howard, your welcome to use my John Holmes Coticule too if you like!?
Even though there is a picture of Maurice Celis holding his bigger brother on here too. Rob was happy for us to use his picture.

John Holmes Coticule
Steven,
I'd love to have a nice photo or two of the John Holmes Coticule to post on the Hone Museum. This did give me a chuckle BTW as John Holmes was a famous actor in the pornographic industry here in the States back around 20 years ago. Ha!
