Default What to do with EDT samples

I really like the "skin food" I mix myself - Thayer's witch hazel, corn husker's lotion, and aloe vera. It is one of the best performing balms I have tried. Cheap too. It is relatively scent free, so I have been mixing a few drops eucalyptus eo with the concoction for a nice mentholated effect.

I had some Floris samples knocking about, and when I mixed a new 50ml batch of skin food tonight, I dumped a vial of Elite in the mixture. I compared the strength of the scent to the sample of AS they sent - pretty similar. And mine moisturizes better with no oiliness.

Default What proportions?

I'd like to try making my own "skin food" as you describe. Do you use equal amounts of each ingredient? Seems like I could add any scent I want, and it wouldn't cost too much.

You can vary the proportions to how thick or thin you want it. I prefer them in equal amounts.
