Proraso shaving cream
I've recently started a new trend that I've found does wonders to calm down any post-shave burn or irritation.
After shaving with my _very nice_ TGQ Orange Patchouli soap, and after hitting any little bleeders (I have a couple of moles that I slice a little bit almost every time I shave) I'll dab a little bit of the green tube Proraso cream and rub it into my face, then follow it with a hot-water towel for a minute. Rinsing off the cream after the hot towel feels very nice (thanks to the eucalyptus and menthol) and I've noticed a distinct drop in post-shave burn and irritation. I'm tempted to try shaving every day again and see how it holds up...

I like the Proraso a lot. I use it with the Proraso pre-shave cream, it does a good job.
I have the white tu (soft skin) and the green tub.
The pre-shave cream smell a bit strong but it realy prep your beard.

I can't sing enough praises for Proraso.
The best thing to come out of Italy since Monica Bellucci
Actually that was pretty difficult reference search. I was trying to find a more modern than Sophia Loren starlette.
I was truly surprised by how few modern starlettes Italy is getting out there.
Thank God for Monica Bellucci

It almost smells like a Halls cough drop. The whole eucalyptus and menthol smell is quite enjoyable for me. It has a nice cooling feeling. Add a few drops of glycerin and you have some slick shave cream.

I really like the fresh minty smell of the poraso and like to use it if I shave in the morning.
I also tried the aftershave liquid cream it really is soothing but slightly greasy.
