No I haven't tried it, but last time I heard about it the person thought it's too modern or something. Glad that you like it Rich. I'll check it out whenever I get to C&E

I have a bottle of their A.S. balm that made me break out in a rash... Not sure what it's shelf life is but it's been sitting there for over a year now... Not sure what to do with it..

DC,
If the stuff is of a yellow hue, at least 2 possibilities are eliminated.

Hmm, do you think it's allergic reaction to something in it, or that it's too old.
I don't know about shelf life either. I've got some rather old floris elite AS and it works as expected. But it's alcohol/witch hazel based, balms seem likely to be different.
As what to do with it, looks like it's destined to the trash unless somebody takes it off your hands. I've only tried their sandalwood soap and I've never had problems with it, but it's a different, and arguably much simpler product and I don't have a sensitive skin.

So far it's the only thing I have reacted to, the color seems to not have changed so I think it's still viable... paying so much for it has kept me from just tossing it. I probably will toss it soon though just to get rid of it...

I have tried and abused every brand of soaps and aftershaves in the planet never ever getting a reaction....but when i used crabtree and evelyn my face was burning like hell for over 24 hours....seriously. i think i used a strong scrub and maybe wasnt too good with the straight back then...but the products obviously messed my face up bad.

I like Crabtree & Evelyn. I use their Sienna shaving soap, shaving cream, and aftershave. I have also tried their soaps and enjoyed them.

I have tried all of their shaving creams my favorites are Nomad and Sweet Almond Oil. For some reason the sweet almond oil is hard to find. It is worth the search though.

I've a nasty feeling that the Sweet Almond Oil variety is discontinued as I haven't been able to find it for ages. I hope I'm wrong as it's one of my favourite scents.

I bought my wife some of the goats milk soap and decided to try it myself ..
A very pleasent change from the norm , nice lather and errr leaves your face nice n moisturised , rather plain scent but i wasn't interested in that . I have very sensitive skin and it didn't make my face burn ..
I'm very curious about there Indian Lime aftershave ..

The Indian Lime is nice. I just bought some of their Sandalwood but it was a toss up. The only deciding factor between them was the fact that I've got Taylor's soap and AS in Sandalwood already.
