Goldedge on ebay with BIN
Just thought I'd throw this out there for someone to maybe nab, the pictures don't look too great (out of focus) but from the description and what you can see of it it looks like most of the gold wash is intact and the scales look ok, no chips or anything. The Buy it now seems reasonable, 150.. I thought about grabbing it but decided I'd pass it up, anyone interested its here.

Wow, I din't think it was possible to take AND post seven out of focus pictures. Don't Ebay sellers know about autofocus...

Hazy pics and high starting bid: looks iffy. May be a tremendous razor but maybe not.

yah the pictures are pretty badly focused, thought someone might be interested for the buy-it-now feature as I saw another goldedge on ebay that looked in worse condition already bid above $200

The old out of focus picture truck trick eh? The cureall for all sorts of issues with the razor. Or, maybe a perfect razor. A real leap of faith.

Subsequent investigation revealed the razor belonged to Toshiro Kawasaki a WWll Kamakazee pilot who was killed when his plane slammed into the USS Yorktown. His last act was to shave with that razor. It is suspected the razor is haunted.

Isn't that the truth? It's almost laugh out loud funny when you see a seller with a very high count who's clearly been around a ton of time post fuzzy pictures as if they have not yet figured out how to use that dern new fangled thing called a digital camera.

isn't funny how they all "It was owned by a retired barber who sold off all
of his antique razors," there must be one hell of a lot of old barbers with hoards of razors laying around, and out of 295 items for sale only one razor wheres the rest the barber sold

Looks like he posted three more clearer pictures on it too. I would've grabbed it yesterday if I hadn't just bought a plane ticket to Europe from Hawaii for a trip upcoming in September.
