Default Nostalgic Old Spice Set

I found this today at one of the local antique stores, I had been half heartedly looking for one on e-bay, but the prices these bring get stupid, or they are damaged up...
The brush and mug were in almost new condition, I of course cleaned up the brush using a soak and swish in hot water, and 20 Mule Team Borax, to kill any thing that might have been on there... Then did the normal shampoo and conditioner trick to get the Boar Bristles up and running...I used the wife's brand new really expensive Coconut stuff it worked great!!!!!....
Cleaned and filled the mug with a ground up puck of Williams and pressed it in, Although I had already shaved this morning I had to whip up a lather in it just because

I had to have this set in the Shave Den just because this is almost identical to the set my Pops had back in the day... A little Nostalgia never hurts......

That looks really nice! I have the same mug, with HBS Old Spice shave soap in it, but I don't have the brush. I use it a lot when I am just lounging at home on weekends, with the AS and cologne. Same here, reminds me of how my Dad used to smell.
