Hi.

The page doesn't exist anymore. I can't find any reference to shaving brush handles. It would be interesting to see how this turns out.

I wrote back to ask if they would consider 100 pcs as multiple items and never heard back.

I purchased stuff from them over a year ago and there was no minimum order. The transaction was smooth and quick. I suppose they changed their policies.
