Default FS: 23/32 Joseph Rodgers Wedge

Up for grabs, a 23/32 Joseph Rodgers wedge. I normally wouldn't normally go to 32nds, but it was right between 11 and 12 16ths. I also wouldn't normally (well, not anymore) call a blade a wedge unless the sides laid flat on the hones, but you'll see from the toe-on shot this is hardly hollowed at all.

I believe this is an older blade. The tang is stamped "Joseph Rodgers" over "Cutlers, Sheffield" and I'm pretty sure the scales are horn with the original pins. There is no spacer, and I'm not sure it's supposed to be that way because there is a gap at the pin. Still, the blade is snug in the pins and centers without issue.

Please note there is some light staining on both sides of the blade, staining on the spine, and what appears to be original grind marks on the blade. There are also some imperfections in the blade.

The blade is shave ready, or at least very close. I shaved with her this morning, and there was some slight pulling through two days of stubble. A little chrome ox should have he smooth as butter, but I don't have any. That said, she still shaves quite nicely.

I'd like to get $60 shipped ConUS via non-CC PayPal, unless someone tells me that's ridiculous (and please feel free to do so).

I agree with you, that's about as wedgy as you can get! Nice razor. I have a Bengall that is wedgy like that. Very cool.
