FS: 2 Beginner's straights/shave-ready
#1- H.M. Christensen 5/8 half hollow. great shaver. Says Brookton, MA under maker's name and WARRENTED on the other side. The toe slightly hits the spacer but no where near the edge. So it kind of just holds it in place (nothing to ever worry about). Very clean razor- there are some marks here and there but BARELY.
Asking $60 shipped.
#2- Torrey 5/8 half hollow. Says The Torrey Razor Co., Worcester, MA, USA. This one is clean too with a couple spots. Two black pitting remnants on the top of the spine near the tang, but nothing serious. The honewear is slightly uneven (which makes no difference in the shave).
Asking $60 shipped. SOLD
Both come shave ready. My guarantee/policy/all-that-stuff is this: PM me or call regarding any questions/problems. I'm easy to talk to! Anyway, these would be great for a newbie. Thanks!
P.S. you can't see any blemishes in any of these photos- they are just reflections! Same thing on the edges- just reflections.

Sorry, I'm not taking on any more "projects". That means no scales, restoration, honing, you name it. Look for my custom razors in the future though!

The Torry certainly won't let you down. I had one as my first razor, and I've been hooked ever since.

Torrey is SOLD. Christensen is still available. It is an equally good shaver. I call it a "sleeper". Doesn't look like it would be as good a razor as it is.
