Spinning handle...?
Hello, I have a R2 Black long-handled gillette super adjustable thats doing something odd. Whenever I turn the knob at the bottom to tighten it, the shaft spins on me..Its very odd, sometimes it just keeps spinning and throws the settings out of wack. Its very hard to explain, im sorry. Has this happened to any of you? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks.

Wow, I think I'm number 94. I haven't had that happen (yet), but if it can be broken, I can usually do it so just give me some time and we'll chat about it. In all seriousness, I hope you get some answers instead of just voyeurs.

TJ, the Gillette Adjustable is designed to continue turning about 1/8 of a turn after you meet resistance. This locks the blade down and is normal. Other than that, I don't know. What part of the razor is spinning?

Hey TJ first I'll say I have no idea what you're talking about. However I am pretty quick with the mechanical issues so you can bring it by the shop and I'll take a look at it for you.

sorry TJ. Perhaps its a sign to steer clear of Gilettes?
Perhaps if you posted some pics we could help more.....
