Default The shop keeps growing, now a band saw

Well, it looks like I will be moving out of state for work. That means I wont have access to my dads well stocked wood shop. So I decided to invest some of my razor returns into a new Jet 14 inch band saw. I am skipping the Jet re-saw fence, you cannot adjust it for blade drift and the one I want was out of stock so the table is a bit bare right now. I have the stock Jet blade on it right now, not a high quality blade but it still cuts. I have to pick up a good 1/8 blade and I picked up a half inch re-saw blade. It is a good bang for the buck saw.

Dang.. that's what I need... don't suppose you'd feel like resawing a few things for a member That's a great add to the shop

When you have a lathe a band saw is an essential machine.
