October: What fine things did you enjoy today?
Somehow I forgot to post it, but yesterday I had a Sancho Panza Double Maduro as my first cigar in my new smoking lounge. It was a great kickoff to cigar month.

What a fantastic beer! I saw a growler one day at Wegman's and thought "what the hell, I'll give it a shot." That turned out to be one of my best decisions.

I've got a bit of a cold so I just poured a whisky, a Glenfiddick. It's a nice smooth Scottish whisky.
It's amazing how good a whisky can taste when you feel a bit down. Its already perked me up. Cheers.

Just finished an unassuming Savoy Maduro. For the money, I'm not sure they can be beat.

A nice round of Sporting Clays followed by an Opus X Robusto. I'd call it a pretty good afternoon.

Very early this morning, some Scottish Dump Mix in a Niels Bros. sandblasted tulip while watching The General starring Buster Keaton. Currently, Prince Albert in a MO Pride cob.

A Dunhill 965 match in the afternoon, and the last of my Gent's Blend in the evening. That means it's time for a trip to the smoke shop.

Yesterday it was Dunhill Early Morning pipe in a Peterson system clay; Riegel's Thee Blend in a Royal Danish #990, and P. Stokebye's Natural Cavendish in a MO Pride cob. Currently McClelland's #5110 in the Royal Danish #990.

Yesterday I had a wonderful smoke; "Lenny's Own," which is a blend of Virginia and Black Cav that tastes almost like a vanilla liquor, in meerschaum. I was going to have another bowl last night, but I lost track of time and didn't have a chance.

Currently enjoying some "Ultimate Blend" in meerschaum. This is another Virginia/Black Cav blend; not quite as flavorful as Lenny's (a bit smokier, I'd say), and I'm really not sure which one I prefer.

Celtic Morning in Meerschaum. IIRC, it is a blend of Virginia, Burley, and Black Cav.
EDIT: I was mistaken. It is Virginia, Burley and Perique with a touch of honey and vanilla flavor added.

Back to Lenny's own in meerschaum today. Running low on a few blends...I'll have to make a trip to the smoke shop soon.
