Its when you are so anxious, ( in this case caused by desire for expensive razor I will never be able to afford and not the urge to urinate) you breathe too fast and hop about from foot to foot.
And I never saw any signs that say pee dancing not allowed!

Winner Announced...
My guess is that the winner will be announced as soon as Straight Razor Designs is up and running, which is currently set for May 18th. My guess is there were some technical difficulties with the site and the link appeal between announcing a winner and the start of the store is too great to announce the winner before everything is set up. Imagine the barrage of hits they'll receive when they open. Especially when they are partly responsible for the giveaway in the first place. That said, this is all theory and BEING PATIENT SUCKS!!!! I am excited to see if I won. Good luck All
