J Elliot 10/8 Huge chopper /as new
This is a J Elliot Barbers use 10/8 quarter hollow.I reconditioned the blade ,and put it's old scales back(it is blemish/defect free,as new).I think I will make some colored scales for it,and then sell it.It has never been honed. It has a high polished finish(not mirror).I can put a mirror on it ,but I think these bigger blades look better with a little less shine.Best Regards gary

A friend of the family told me that his father caught him whittling with his straight, which my friend was not supposed to touch. Didn't say exactly what happened, but that thatwas the last time he ever did that. Our friend is 75 or 76 now.
