Default Bengall clothed in Yellowheart

This is a 5/8 Bengal Spike point that Ive had for awhile and just recently finished off.
There is still a small amount of pitting on the blade due to the depth, and tarnish. I was afraid I would sand a hole right thru the blade.
The scales are 1/8 in Yellowheart with a purpleheart spacer. The finish is Arrow Wood finish.
If you look at the picture of the tang you can see one side is on an angle and the other is straight. Not sure if its a bend or it was made that way. Either way it made it a bear trying to fit it in the scales right. One washer on just the one side did the trick. Its off just a wee bit and closes almost centered.

+1 on the placement of the notch, that was a good idea....
I love the Yellowheart wood to great stuff to work with, and the sheen that it has

I also like the scales,,, +1 on the cut-out and the yellow looks awesome.

Well done.
Always a bit scary waiting for the 'ping of death' when the pitting needs a lot of sanding.
