Tim Zowada Damascus with MY Carbon Fiber scales... WOW again.
This one belongs to the owner of the Le Grelot that I posted as well. I think we can figure out who that is lol. Anyway, this Zowada damascus came out great in these scales! I had to incorporate Tim's adjustable pin (which I love by the way) since the pivot hole in the razor was too large to use anything else. So the pivot pin is countersunk like Tim does it. I actually learned a lot from taking apart this razor! Anyway, the scales are my own design (I had artistic freedom). Pivot pin is Tim's stainless steel adjustable and the wedge pins are nickel-silver with stainless washers. Yes, the CF wedge is tapered. The blade centers perfectly and feels great in the hand. The last pic is once again thrown in to show that yes, the CF shines in the light and changes three-dimensionally as you move it. Congrats to the owner! Once again comments and constructive criticism are welcome!

Sorry, I'm not taking on any more "projects". That means no scales, restoration, honing, you name it. Look for my custom razors in the future though!

One of these days in your travels, a guy is going to show you a brand-new deck of cards on which the seal is not yet broken. Then this guy is going to offer to bet you that he can make the jack of spades jump out of this brand-new deck of cards and squirt cider in your ear. But, son, do not accept this bet, because as sure as you stand there, you're going to wind up with an ear full of cider.
