Talking Reground Joseph Smith with G10 Micarta

This is my Joseph Smith reground and rescaled with G10 micarta. I was looking for one of these blades for a while and finally got one. The spacer is tapered carbon fiber- I like the contrast. Washers are stacked brass/SS/brass with nickel-silver peened pins. The blade was really pitted before, and now looks great. Pics don't do it justice and the color isn't quite right. The scales are really a pale but light green that looks better in person (brighter green than the pics). You can see some of the fiberglass pattern in person too. As always, comments and constructive criticism are welcome! Enjoy

P.S. the wedge is almost an inch. It measures .9 something.

Sorry, I'm not taking on any more "projects". That means no scales, restoration, honing, you name it. Look for my custom razors in the future though!

Absolutely phenomenal!
Was the point on that blade original? If so, I'm going to be on the lookout...

Yeah it's original. They aren't that common and I actually wouldn't mind another... lol

Alex... man!
That turned out absolutely phenomenal! Can I have it back now? Huh? Can I? Can I? You're right, that blade was really pitted. You did a great job with the re-grind. Thought I'd show the "before".
The design of the scales really compliment the shape of the blade. Your eye and creativity is simply enjoyable.
