Re-works / Re-scales

These are just some of my re-scales. All were in various levels of disrepair.
#1- My DD Dwarf in Bone
#2 & #3 - The Henckels Twin that was given me by the elderly gentleman across the street. He'd had it for 30yrs. It belonged to his dad. Rescaled in Bubinga
#4 Wade & Butcher chopper in Bocote
#5 & #6 Wade & Butcher in Jatoba
#7 Great Box from Tim "Old Blades
#8 My stuff

Yeah, Glen had originally put some pretty plastic scales on it for me. I took the bone off of a razor that I bought and it just did wonders for one of my favorite razors. I've had the Dwarf for about 20 years.

I did not make the box... Tim aka Oldblades makes those. Look here: You finish razor box
I did make the rack. It is a prototype that I "borrowed"

Danny you officially have RRD (Razor Restoration Disorder) and you got it bad.....
Beautiful work my friend !!!!!!

Unfortunately there is no known cure for RRD as of yet

so ya gotta suffer with the rest of us....

Thanks Glen. BUT, I don't have it like YOU guys do... I only do this as a hobby, when I'm bored or maybe it's only when I'm hungry... my interest in restoration is just in passing... I don't dream about rrrraazzoorssss, how to acquire them, where to acquire them nor do I dream about how to make them look good and feel wonderful taking the stubble off, leaving a BBS face!
