As always, FANTASTIC!!
Gary, you put alot of razors out and in a frequent manner. All of them are exceptional. I can't fathom the idea of you hand sanding all of those to a high shine in such a high quantity. What method do you use? It seems to take me a week to get one just looking decent and you put out 2, 3, 4 at a time with exceptional results.
I do love looking at them, makes me want to continue on with my adventure to reach a level close to what I see from you.
FANTASIC!
Jerry

Sorry, I'm not taking on any more "projects". That means no scales, restoration, honing, you name it. Look for my custom razors in the future though!

"He doesn't hand sand them my friend! "
I should have been more specific. I didn't think he could put that many razors out while hand sanding them. I was wondering what method he uses: - dremel
- tumbler
- buffing wheels
- chemical / electro polish
- jedi mind tricks
- other
I'm guessing jedi mind tricks.

They are wet ground, through 3600 grit, using old equiptment from a bygone era (seriously ,just some old stuff from when I had a tool, and die shop along time ago.)It takes about an hour to do a blade(big Chopper) in poor condition,to EELL,little longer for one in very bad condition(lots of corrosion, wide uneven edge, spine wear)Hollow grounds dont take very long.Lots of grinding wheels various grits diameters/widths,and face profiles very messy work, but still fun sometimes.......Come Help, low pay, free tacos......Best Regards Gary
By the way this razor got sold

I'll consider the offer
Thank you for the information. I don't see any of that equipment in my future though. Certainly explains the high quality. Good tools = good product.
