Default antler

I`m giving away using shell for a while, to costly and too much work ,so I decided to try my hand at this, believe me ,when there is no flex in the scale material ,getting the wedge exactly right is a fiddly process.
I had to adjust the wedge and re-pin the razor 6 times to get it, don`t laugh ,I`m obviously a slooooow learner
For better or worse this is it ,the scales are red deer antler and the wedge is beech the blade is a W&B
Kind regards Peter

that's exactly why I have been reluctant to use deer antler for scales. Looks great though, you are inspiring me!

I noticed this problem as well. I was using White Tail antler. I gave it up for a while. Yours looks great. Your perseverance paid off!

I like the looks of those scales.

I have started and ruined several sets of antler scales. I really apreciate the great work you have done on these scales.

I like the bolsters that you have done in the past. Antler with bolsters wuld be the ultimate in cool in my book.

Great work

Charlie
