Not that I would have used one of these, but this reminds me...

When I had only been using a straight for about 6 months, I wasn't paying close enough attention with my off hand and accidentally took off about 1/2" chunk of my goatee. I tried cleaning it up, but it was no good... had to shave off the whole thing and start over.

Wasn't a huge deal since I don't keep it too long, but I still laugh about it.

There's a symmetry in posting about the Goateesaver on SRP.

Nobody minds being seen shaving with a straight.

While using the Goateesaver requires a double lock on the bathroom door and a through check for hidden cameras.
