Don,
When do you need those rsvp's by? We are still fighting out the call schedule at work.
Do any of the hotels have a lounge? Or will the meeting last into the evening and the lounge not be needed.
Would it be acceptiable to bring a bottle of bourbon and if so would one also need his own glassware and ice?
Is a pipe going to offend the cigar crowd?
how formal is the dress at the Hill'n Dale?
And finaly how does the size of the crowd look?

I am flying in from Tulsa, OK and will be staying at the Red Roof Inn both Friday and Saturday nights with a departure at 11:30 am on Sunday. I am going to eat both lunch and dinner at the Hill 'n Dale club. Whatever everybody else wants to do on Friday night is OK with me.

God I really want to go but it is a 17 hour drive or 1200 miles. I used to do 12.5 hour drives all the time but 17... I don't know if I can do that in a day and I can't fly. I think I am going to try but it is going to be a shoe string budget.

I am trying very hard to have someone come in and cover for me, so I can fly out on Friday for this. I considered driving, but not in February from Maryland across Western PA into Ohio. I don't think so.
It probably means that I won't be bringing anything with me. Just a sign saying, "I'm the old guy they call 'Jim'".

Do I still have time to get in line for dinner? We should work out the call at work today. I think I will be able to make the meet but hated to buy dinner untill I was sure.
Also is the mapquest accurate from I-77 into medina?
What is the hotel of choice for the bulk of the people staying?
Are jeans and boots acceptable at the Hill'n Dale?
Thanks again,
Don

Howdy,
Boots and jeans are fine. You may want to pm Bill S on the meal. I know at least one other staying at the Red Roof. Not sure on the Mapquest. The hotels and site are really close to hwy 71 and rte 18.
