Hi Max well its seems the peach fuzz has turned grey! I done some interesting work on Quality control/Customer issues with dovo and in a former forum in which someone thought there were the only one in our world that shave had completely seemed to be hell bent on bashing Dovo/Merkurs rep. Seems that the Dovo company has and will go to what ever links it takes to take care of there customers and with that being recognized This company along with Boker is still as always a top producer of fine Germany razors.What might be any thoughts do you care to indulge on this? Hi Max. I have been trying to learn about restoration or the razors I have started to collect but for all the information on the internet it seems there are only a handful of videos or I simply don't know where to look.
I heard you had made some so I was curious as to where I could find them as well as how did you learn in the first place? Are there books, vids, or other things you could recommend?
Oh, and one last thing is I have been looking for supplies to do this and Home Depot is not cutting it as far as high grit sandpaper, small peaning hammers, or the adjustable vise I have been looking for so where can I go that would have all of that. I have found a online store or two that carries one item of two but not all. Where do you go if I may ask?
Again, I am serious about this and may want to take it up full time if things keep going the way they are.
I really appreciate any help although you must get this all the time with your rep and the work that precedes it.

I love your restorations and would like to attempt a a set of scales for an old flea market find. I would like to make a set using G10 Jade Ghost that I have seen on a number of your restorations and wondered where the material could be purchased?
