Man, I am getting so hooked on straight razor shaving! I started work at 5 AM on Friday and didn't get to bed until 3 AM on Saturday (site engineer). After 3 hours of sleep I was called back to the site and got back home at 3 PM. All I could think about sitting waiting to leave the site was how good that shave was going to be. Boy did it!. Hot shower, normal prep, then that wonderful feeling of removing the whiskers with a nice, sharp straight razor. And no nicks considering I was dog tired. I hope that feeling never leaves me. Then I finally had my coffee. I roast my own beans. Was a great French press of Eithiopian DP Koratie. That was the only proper way to end that 36 hours...

They would think we're crazy. But that's OK, that wouldn't be the first time somebody would react like that to my "shaving habits" I can get used to it.
