Maestro Silvano Damascus
Hi Guys,
The Maestro has a friend that I met at the Scarperia Knife Show when I was in Italy and he too forges his own Damascus. The Maestro has done an amazing job with this razor. The Silvano Damascus is polished on the blade and has the Damascus pattern on the tang and tail as well as just under the spine. Beautiful 7/8 blade with Mammoth Ivory scales. Very nice work on the spine too. This razor is spectacular and an unbelievable shaver. I love the way the harder steel glide over the skin chasing the whiskers away.
Killer Razor!!!!!
Lynn

I see group buy mentioned on occasion - what is it? Are there several of these razors available?

Wished I hadn't seen this. My RAD is bad enough without adding fuel to the fire. One sweet razor!

Very nice - simple, elegant, and classic lines.

Closeshave
You can get them through Straight razor designs .com
The link is in Lynns signature, as he is the proprietor who imports these beauties for us to admire until the pull gets to great and our pockets get deep enough to buy one ourselves.

I keep telling myself that I prefer the very modest looks of a simpler razor. This is purely an effort to keep me married. If you guys keep flashing these things around, I'm going to end up in the doghouse.
