Welcome to the SRP Razor Forums! Your moderators for this forum are Doc and Str8razor. You will find information here on everything from the care and feeding of straight razors, to who makes the prettiest and sharpest! You will also find the straight razor clubs where enthusiasts gather to discuss their favorite brands and post pictures of their favorite razors. This is a great place to start if you are looking for your first razor and doing research on the different brands available. It's also a great way to learn about the different grinds and shapes of various types of razors.
Now I don't want to get this forum tied down with a bunch of rules but here are a few things I would like to ask:
1. Please don't post live ebay auctions in this section to ask if it's a good buy. Keep these type of posts in the Auction forum please.
2. We are here to support one another. If your post is not helpful, informative, or meant to help guide someone in the right direction don't post it. Mean- spirited posts benefit no one.
3. Last but not least, Have Fun! That's what it's all about!
If you have any ideas that you think might encourage participation in this forum or might help you out, please feel free to send me or any moderator on this forum a PM. I'd be more than happy to take your ideas to the Administrators.

One of these days in your travels, a guy is going to show you a brand-new deck of cards on which the seal is not yet broken. Then this guy is going to offer to bet you that he can make the jack of spades jump out of this brand-new deck of cards and squirt cider in your ear. But, son, do not accept this bet, because as sure as you stand there, you're going to wind up with an ear full of cider.
