I am a relative newbie as far as straights are concerned (have been using one since the last 2 months). Today morning was the first time I shaved with my new Wapi bought from Seraphim and I am absolutely delighted to say that it was the smoothest shave I have ever had with a straight. I also have a 11/16 W & B full hollow, but I guess that's going to stay on the shelf for some time, as I intend to continue using my Wapi. I think there is something about the wedge (1/4 hollow) of the Wapi that I like more than the full hollow grind of the W & B.. And I absolutely love the heft of the stainless steel scales.

I still shave with my Wapi regularly. It's a great shaver.
