To be specific, I am looking for a local shop or individual that has a honing service. I am hoping that I can get this done for less than $20, otherwise I may as well just send my razor to Lynn.

Also, are there any good shave shops around here? The only places I found were terribly expensive and selling rather unimpressive goods - I am thinking of a shop located on Telegraph and 51st in Oakland. If there are some local stores that anybody recommends, please let me know.

ps. I just couldn't help myself and although I knew the razor was not shave sharp, I still proceeded to use it on both my cheeks and parts of my neck. It pulled a quite a bit but still provided a damn smooth shave after WTG and then ATG passes with a quality soap and no brush to lather it with! I can't wait to see what she can do with a decent hone and stropping!
