Default Clock problems again

Admin,

We got troubles and they start with tick, and that stands for tock and than means clock.

I just posted something while my computer said its 9:38 am and the message header says 3:38 pm. Both are today, at least.

I'm using firefox and I notice post times are also off by 6 hours. 6 hours later than my time. I am located at GMT-5.

Time at bottom-of-page is correct.
