And what a delightful evening it is...DANK!!! but warm..

Wednesday
Simpson T4
Nagin ESPE Straight Razor
Lider Shave Cream - Polish, inexpensive, citrus, Great lather
Alum block
Corn Huskers Lotion
Floids Italian in spray dispenser
Trumpers Coral Skin Food
Bill Ellis Tee Shirt

This is the first time for the Lider Shave Cream and it was a fine Lather, nice citrus smell...not too powerful, nice mositure and lube.
It's also my first time with the Trumper's Coral Skin Food. This feels mighty nice. Got this from the Trumpers sample bag.

And I wore my Uber..svelte Bill Ellis Tee shirt. A really finely made and attractive shirt. I'll have to get the other color...It's that nice
Straight was another success. Using my left hand all the more

Moss Scuttle
TGQ 'Leatherneck' Shaving Cream
Generic brush
Thayers Lavender witch hazel
Mama-Bear's Lilac Ice aftershave balm
TM Latigo strop
Boker King Cutter silver-wash full hollow blade

This is one of the first razors I've had to sharpen by myself. Surprisingly it took an edge very quickly.

Default Thursday Feb 7th...first shave

Today was the day…I finally decided to make a full shave with my str8 razor.
Before I used a shavette and did just a small part of my cheek, but after 3 attempts and 4 cuts I had almost abandoned .

Yesterday I honed and strop my Wolrd Master Special and this morning I went for it.

It went great, no pulling, no rash, just the pleasant sound of cutting hair. What a nice sensation. I was watching the point of the blade all along. Did WTG, CTG and an almost complete AGT (a bit of trouble angles on my neck). Will figure it out on my nest shaving.

Much easier and much safer than with the shavette. Must be the fact of the longer blade.

Détails:
Fruit s& Passion Mango- Papaya massage oil
Proraso shaving soap with eucalyptus and menthol
Delong Badger Silvertip brush
#177 World Master Special 6/8 razor
Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue after shave

Have a nice day…mine is great.
