Keen Kutter 4/8 square point | EJ super | MWF | Floris No.89
Cannonfodder Dave mixed up my order and I didn't get the razor I was supposed to. . . I think I may have gotten a razor someone else is expecting. . . eh these things happen Anyways, I figured I'd give the razor that I did get a test run. I've only used a TI 5/8 before this and the Keen Kutter 4/8 was a little easier to navigate around my face, the weight distribution is a little different. . . I got a great shave and I actually enjoyed the square point because I found it easier to get into tight spots in the mustache area. The razor is nicely honed and sharp.

Today is a beautifull day.
I received my new Dovo Turtoise Special 6/8 shaver made ready by LYNN.
So I wet my face with hot water, applied some Proraso pre-shave cream (the smell is just hum-hum nice), soaked again my face with two very hot towels than applied some Proraso shaving lather with my Delong silvertip brush. Ohhh what a sensation that hot lather in the morning.
After cleaning the newly honed razor I proceded to shave (no stroping)...WOW...what a good "shave day". WTG, ATG, XTG, the razor was very very "sharp" and glided across my face easily with no pulling, jumps or irritation. I paied close attention to the point to avoid any cut.
I have to say Lynn did a great jod of honing this one. This is a very BBS shave and this old guy is quite happy. This razor will serve me for many years to come
