Default Draw is an indicator
When I start stroping on my DOVO "Juchten", the blade usually flips over the leather. After some passes, draw is starting to feel and is for me an indicator of the sharpness. A few additional passes and I stop the stroping.
This whole procedure can be done in some 20 passes.
