Just to let you know, Sara has resolved a minor issue that was reported on one of the forums. It seems that a few bowls had been reported to have a few rough spots on the bottom. It was material left over from the formation of the groves on the bottom of the bowl. I simple step was added prior to the final firing of the bowls and now no more problem. Now that's customer feedback put in action.
