Good Morning Gentlemen, I decided that I had best surface lest you forget I am still here.


I hope all are well, and had a "Happy Valentine's Day". The first signs of Spring are beginning to unfold and this always pleases me greatly as it speaks of the possibilities of new beginnings. I have many things planned for TGQ this coming year with each new product making its appearance in "slow fashion" but I think most of you have come to realize this is only because I wish to present you with the "best possible" effort that I am able to bring to forth and you know the product is quality.


Some of the packaging issues I've had concerning the Aftershaves and Colognes seem to be resolving themselves with the passage of time, which really had alot to do with the manner of dispensing the Aftershave. Then too.....the issue of whether a man is really using an Aftershave for the purpose of an "Aftershave" or for the combined effect of Aftershave and Scent! Who ever knew that an Aftershave could be so complicated.....


I have a new employee, another International student from the University. With Preema still in tow for training ( she volunteered....oh I was so happy ) This young woman is also from Katmandu, Nepal . Majoring in Business Management... Clapping hands, jumping up and down.

I owe this sweet turn of events to Preema though, who scoured new students for her own replacement, and said to me..." I chose Prashanna because she was a business major, and I thought you could use help in that department" . Prashanna will work with me on Monday's helping me with "soaping" part and another day of week helping me with "paper and bookkeeping".

Next week the website will begin to show updates on a more regular basis as we get caught up with the soaping end of things. It's possible that I will close again the last week of February to do another production week, as it is so much easier to operate ahead, rather than behind and makes a big difference in shipping time.

I will also begin listing some new products on the website towards the end of next week in the accoutrement section, with a nice selection of Hair Brushes "military oval" by "Kent", a very nice set of "hairbrush and comb" for baby, also by "Kent" ......and manicure tools by Camila Solingen (Germany). There will be a new addition of shave stands by "Kent" that have a larger neck size, for those Gentlemen who need a roomier stand for that Silvertip.


PLEASE NOTE..............The price of the shave stands will increase to $10.50 each.

This is for the regular size that you have been purchasing and the size with the larger neck. I am sorry for this increase, but this is the increase by Kent.....

HOWEVER, what I have remaining in stock that is still marked at the $7.50 price will be sold for that.

No "Clear" shave stands remain in stock for that price, and I believe I have 10 or so of the Tortoise shell shave stands left in stock that will be sold for $7.50 each.

After these are sold out, the new stock will be sold at the $10.50 each price. If you're interested in ordering a Tortoise shell shave stand for $7.50 please order on the website while they remain in stock at that price.


Lets see.........I will be selling off some items in the BST section of SRP for stock reduction of items that I am going to drop from my line of products and some extras that I've come across. I'll be selling them below the regular listed price, so keep an eye out for that.

I'll be around a little more this weekend, and hopefully in the coming week to catch up on things.
