Don, glad to see you're offering consolations.... I'm gonna need a whole lot of consoling if I spend any more money on straights in the next little while!
Spelling mistake aside, I'm looking forward to the opening of the new webstore.

I'm thinking consolation may be closer to the mark sometimes. I may not need consolation but I will be expecting a certain measure of validation.
All part of good customer service.
"Oh no! I've just bought ANOTHER razor! My wife will kill me!!!!
There there its ok she LOVES you. Besides you are doing it for HER!"
See how it works.

Don, does that mean that either you or Lynn are secret DE users?

I know you didn't say you use it, only that you might, but it's still fun. I guess once the store is open we'll be busy shopping and consulting instead of twisting people's posts
Glad to hear of the new developments.

Looking forward to the opening. I've been going to the web site at least twice a day over the last few weeks in anticipation.

I'm NOT anxious or anything, but........................
Designs were OPEN for a short while yesterday and I 'logged in'
All that was for sale was a Truefitt and Hill product.
This time the early bird got no worm
