FS: Startup Razors and strops
I've restocked with 6/8 Round Point Double Arrow razors (open_razor, eBay). I also have my Filly 2"X19" 9oz full grain cowhide, suede finish, strops stocked.
The razor is finished, honed and shave ready. The razor comes with a three month hone warranty just for return shipping. Satisfaction guaranteed.
The strop is ready to use. I will apply .5΅ chromium oxide to the rough side upon request. Both razor and strop $65.00 shipped for US, international shipping extra depending on country. I prefer PayPal, please send PM if interested.

Thanks for you comment. Sorry about that. You wouldn't believe how many PMs I get asking for sets like these. I'm just trying to get some folks started with good equipment.

Nice
Yeah, this razor and strop is what I started off with. I still use the strop, despite having bought two vintage strops that I gave to friends looking to learn to straight shave and the razor still provides a very nice shave, even in the face of my Bokers, Harrison Brothers and Howson, Joseph Mappin and so on.
It's a good deal.

I currently have 4 kits available. They are going fast.
I can also do this kit with a Wapi for an additional $10.00.

Let's see, I at least two more trees in the yard and the neighbors, well they wouldn't miss a few.
There are only 2 sets of razors and strops remaining.

Just a question on the strops. Does "suede finish" mean you strop on the "furry" side? Thanks

The suede finish is on the smooth side. The "furry side" is the rough side. I raise a suede nap on the smooth side by sanding it. This levels the leather and generates the suede.

I'm sold out of the Double Arrow razor and it will be a couple of weeks before I get restocked.
I'll do the kit with a shave ready, fully guaranteed Wapi and this strop for $75.00 shipped (to US).
