Since the spammers are intent upon causing anguish, we will be analyzing every new member. If you apply and it doesnt get approved, it could well be because your email addy was marked as spam. Feel free to notify one of us admins and we will look into it. Be prepared to answer some identity questions as well

It really is a pain. I spent hours deleting and blocking people. Thx for your patience

Have you set up the google recaptcha v2 in the admin panel? With Xenforo this is dead easy and should cut down on spammers and regular users won't even know it is there. They can still (try to) register but they'll be stuck in the approval queue where you can simply approve or reject them and they'll never make it to the main forum pages for posting spam.

Got the redirect problem today trying to open a honing thread. I won't put the links here unless requested, but it went through several redirects and ended up at a site being blocked by my Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension ('blocked due to malvertising'). Looks like there are still a few gremlins in this installation.

yeah i would suggest that until they are all found and eradicated to just hit your back button and click where you are going again because it seems to work for me for the time being.

I just deleted 21 of them they come out of the woodwork sometimes. My phone crashed and I’ve been off line for three days sorry and thanks for what you do

NOW...I remember why I departed 3 years ago...the spammers. I am so pleased that is not an issue anymore.
