Vintage Fuller restoration

It's been a few years since I restored a brush. I have done a few Fullers and really enjoy the colors. I filled the hollow handle with epoxy to give it a nice weight. I did not work on the base of the handle in order to keep the Fuller logo. For the knot, I ended up going with a Maggard's SHD 24mm knot. The glue bump on this knot adds 2mm, so the brush handle opening was widened to 26mm. This is the sweet spot for me. I enjoy higher lofted 2 bands and initially set the loft to 53mm. After a quick lather, I decided it was too high. I took the knot out and reset it at 49mm. This is a great height for this knot. I included a picture of the brush along with the last Fuller I restored using an Omega boar knot.

Sorry, I didn't take any before pics.

Very nicely done, Gabe! That certainly is one of the nicer handle patterns. I like it that you elected to fill the handle with epoxy.
