I notice many many guest here on SRP most every time I log on. I don't know if everyone knows or not but it really doesn't cost anything to join our SRP club. You don't even have to use a straight razor but maybe some day you will. So this is just something for folks to think about.

While I do agree with you that its quick and free to register and join this community
A lot of those guest that you are seeing are bots from various places like google that they send out to help them index sites for better inclusion in searches....

Thanks. I didn't know that. I thought that we had a lot of folks that are looking for a community or forum like this to watch and learn from. There's a certain nostalgia about the old days and old ways and straight razor shaving is pretty old. I wanted those folks to know that you could introduce yourself and see if we are what your looking for but after reading that's not what all the guest are I'll stop inviting them. thanks

Like I said Some of them are possible bots for search engines and whatnot but some of them I'm sure are "Lurkers" who haven't decided yet and your little " nudges " may be what they need to decide to join.... I guess I am old school. When I think of bots this is what comes to mind.

I cant see them being interested in straight razors.
